    This was a horrible experience. One year later I still am furious every time I think about On the Move with Frank and his crew. They were supposed to arrive at 8 am. They would call me every hour or so to let me know they were on their way. I finally told them I had to be out of my house by 5pm as the new owner was taking possession and Frank said Why didn’t you tell me? It turns out they were waiting for the truck they were renting and there were issues (so they say) but if they had just let me know they would be late and been honest with the updates, I could have started doing some other tasks but kept waiting there thinking they were on their way. They put a HUGE gash in my wood floor. When I complained they said oh, we just scratched the surface. When I showed them the deep gauge they said to just put some crayon on it or go to Home Depot and get some filler. They also put a huge gauge in a coat closet door at the bottom of my stairs. When I pointed it out they said there was no way they could have done it. Trust me, it was not there before. Then they ended up telling me that I was being ridiculous and this had to stop. I was ridiculous for pointing out all the damage they were causing to my old home. There was a lot of stress and conflict among the team. One guy kept talking on the phone the whole time. I ended up jumping in and working so hard HELPING them toward the end otherwise I never would have made it out on time. I carried so much and emptied out my basement with them just to get the job done. Frank put on a big show at the end calling the office and telling them to take $100 dollars off because of the damage they caused to the floor. This was nothing compared to what they did. After they left, I discovered nearly every piece of my furniture had been dinged, gashed, or damaged. There was a big dresser that they left in an odd spot in my bedroom. When I went to fix it the next day I noticed they had put it up against a corner to try to hide a huge gash. This was so stressful and absolutely not worth it!
