Utterly incompetent. The last two packages that have been delivered by Raben Group were dumped outside my house in terrible locations. The first was a bright blue package left on the boot of a car in front of my house, completely visible from the road, but not my driveway unless I walk right to the gate. The second package was dumped outside my back gate, which is rarely used. I discovered it two days after it was delivered. It was not clearly visible and this was a fragile package. I did not see it as it was out of the way. It was a fluke that it was discovered at all. The really annoying thing is that I have a gate across my driveway, where packages could easily have been placed on the inside of the gate and would have been seen when opening the gate to go out.

Very good Raben Group office. I needed to renew my passport and they did everything for me. Very good service. Very happy customer and will return.
I called up last week as my order was being sent to a wrong address in VIC. I was on the phone with Raben Group for 1 hour and confirmed I would pick up the parcel from a depot in Sydney. The following day the parcel was delivered to the wrong address in VIC. I had to organize for it to be expressed posted through Australia post.
I gave the cashier 9000 instead of 8000 mistakenly and he refused to give me back my money from Raben Group. We paid for an AC bus but the AC in the bus isn’t working and they were aware, the vehicle was generally in a bad condition. The staffs were begging for money and talking inappropriately to customers. It’s just a lot of mess, no organization at all. I do not recommend.
