    The quality of service is very garbage, the R World Express customer service disappeared during the delivery and they also pretended to be Luggeasy and were sued by them

    I would give it a tenth of a star if it allowed me. R World Express gives you a time window of when they’ll deliver and completely ignore it. They wanted to deliver my item earlier in the day which would of been fine but no one is home during that time. Instead of meeting the time they set, they postponed it a week because I was not able to get it earlier. Their customer service is terrible. I called them up and was rudely questioned. If I was the owner of this, I would definitely realign the personnel. Hands down the worst logistical company.

    awful customer service, R World Express yelled at me over the phone. called me racial slurs & threatened to run over my dog when i asked why they had an attitude. wouldn’t use them again

    Why is it I can go to the UPS store and have a box shipped in moments? They print the label, tape up the box and don’t expect me to understand what the shipping speed levels mean. R World Express on the other hand, requires you to buy tape ($3.59) if you intentionally left the box open for a packing slip. I suppose I should carry around a handy roll of tape for such occasions. Lord knows you can’t use the special express tape with the priority package. And for shipping speeds, just label it based on speed. No one cares to know what priority/express means. I just want to ship one lousy box to someone and have it arrive 2 days from now and go back to work. Why the long process and why the completely restrained hours? 8:30a – 5p, perfect for anyone working nights and horrible for everyone else.
    I’d expect a response to this review if I were dealing with a company requiring annual profit. If you need to get in touch, I’ll be at UPS trying my best to ensure you maintain your $15B debt.
