Be wary if you want ro make Amazon returns. My return was supposed to be a no cost print label at store transaction. They tried to charge me $3.00 to print the label!! I received major attitude from the clerk when i challenged the charge. I left store w/o making return and subsequntly called Amazon. Amazon customer service was great and arranged for
a package pickup return. This is the third time I’ve encountered unjustified costs at this location..including charges for tape! This store is close to my home but i will begin using a more customer oriented store near my work site instead.
Best guys to work with. They do their job well on time and professional. Greg helped us out a lot and got things moving faster than expected! Will definitely recommend and use their service again.
This is the worst FedEx ever! They said they would be delivering my package yesterday which was Friday. I waited all day for the package and no one came. They emailed me stating that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. A blatant lie! I was there, no one came, left a note or anything… I called the 1800 number and was told they were sorry for my inconvenience but there was nothing they could do because they will be closed over the weekend so I can’t even go pick it up. Now because of their incompetence, I have to wait until Monday to receive my package. I can’t take another day off so I’m going to go pick it up and give them a piece of my mind! Worst customer service ever!
