    Easy place to get too. Easy to manoeuvre a B-Double in and out. Bit much sometimes when you’ve got 2 or 3 forkies attacking your trailers and you’re running around like a chook with no head trying to keep up. Someone to help would be nice in that case. However, it’s one of the easier places to get in and out. And make sure you get your POD’s boys, even if they say no !

    Appalling customer service. Conflicting information about why I had not received my parcel. False promises from supervisors. When I asked consultant Amber ID 914280 for her name and ID so I could keep track of the phone calls she huffed and puffed and I asked her why she was doing that and she had the nerve to call me rude. I then asked for her supervisor which she tried to say wasn’t available and I told her I would hold. Finally I spoke to Maria Losita who said what she advised was wrong and that I would receive contact re my missing package the next day which surprise surprise I didn’t.
    My package was is still missing and they cannot confirm if missing or still in transit three weeks later. Their tracking tool says I should have received it 25 Oct then changed to 28th Oct and now says still in transit with no date.
    I have been working in customer service for over 30yrs training and supervising and if my consultants acted like this they would not be allowed on the phones.
    This is not the first time I have had issues with Courier Please. If your package is to be delivered by them I would insist on another company instead .
    If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

    moved from Granville island to coquitlam with these guys .
    they went above and beyond my daughter left her stuffed animal behind and one one the workers noticed and brought it too the new place.
    they were punctual and economically a great choice. i called last minute and i was also very happy with how reliable and friendly they all were
    would definitely recommend

    The girl always shows a smiling face and has very good attitude. She even helps to get parcel fr my car when there is no parking space. Superb service. 100% satisfied.
