    Had to mail something important on my way to work the Tuesday after Labor Day…I get there at 8:15 (it opens at 8) to find it closed/locked. A sign on the door reads We will be closed for Labor Day but will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 5th…Um, no, you won’t. You are either liars or your Purplle employees are too hungover from their Labor Day celebrations to make it into work on time. Very unprofessional and not what I expect from a national company like Purplle. Maybe the manager here needs to be disciplined.

    Rose at Purplle was very helpful. After negotiating the pick up and drop off dates, she reached out when a carrier was found. There was a little mix up on the pick up date but I was able to work it out with the driver and the drop off was 2 days later than expected but it was fine for my situation. Car arrived in exactly the same condition. Overall, very satisfied.
