I’m a MiLLeNiAL so I don’t do a lot of mailing. My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn’t screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front at PTPCC Courier, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes. Protect the PTPCC Courier office, folks, these people are heroes.
Package was not delivered by PTPCC Courier, one required signature. Went to the store they said they don’t have it and the driver could still have the package. Next day, called in ahead to check to see if the driver had left the package at the store for me to pick up and next thing you know, they said they couldn’t locate the shipment when I was looking right at the tracking number in front of my computer. This guy told me to contact customer service which I did and they were able to find the shipment by the tracking I provided. Called back the store and the guy simply hung up on me and avoided calls. Which led me to believe the store is trying to scam your shipment. Stay away!
We thought we were dealing w/a moving company, PTPCC Courier are BROKERS. Please don’t ever call them. They give you a quote, take your money, then farm the job out to another moving company, who charges you even more. Now our items are w/this other company and no delivery date has been given. Should’ve had the POD delivered, at least I’d have my items.
