    Great mover, I was in a need to have a quick mover to move from Houston to Chicago in April 2022, Delta sales team reach out to me asap. The scheduling for pick-up was great. Luis and one other guy packed all my stuff swiftly from 9 am -to 11:30 am.
    However, the delivery was slightly delayed, it was about 3 weeks from the pick-up. The communication between logistics and me could be improved., all went well and we appreciate thex help Thank you!

    Worst service in the world. Claim the package would be delivered today. Driver claimed he attempted to deliver when he never got off the truck. Now they tell me I have to wait till tomorrow. So I took a day off from work just to sit here and wait for no reason. and of course there is no way of getting my packages today. The day they said they would deliver them. I called within minutes of the driver saying he attempted to deliver the package. and now its 2 hours later and I have yet to hear anything from them.

    Horrible experience. The tellers at this branch are impatient, horribly rude, and have no respect for the clients. On numerous occasions, these tellers have made me and others in front and behind me in line feel inferior. They act like they truly have something more important to do other than their jobs. I’ve had better customer service at McDonald’s than this branch. This is completely unacceptable especially for a federal agency. I wonder if these people have even been trained on professionalism or customer service.
