    I received an email stating that two packages from Quill had been delivered to my home. I have not received either of those packages so I called Quill. They told me that the delivery was done by Prestige Delivery Service. Since I cannot seem to make contact with Prestige I am trying to get some assistance by sending this message.     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE!!!
    This moving company picked up my belongings on December 3, 2022, did not receive my belongings until January 22, 2023 (50 days). Every time I called for the status of where my belongings were, I got a run around answer; I will call dispatch, I will call you back never got an answer. They don’t tell you that when you pick your first open delivery date, they have 21 BUSINESS days from that date to deliver your belongings then extend it to 30 legally. Minus any weekends or holidays. However, they deliver on weekends. Once we got our belongings, we were missing a bunch of stuff and most of our belongings were damaged all well-being bubble wrapped and protected. We had all brand-new furniture. The customer service is horrible, and this is the broker, not the actual moving company who will deliver your belongings. They subcontract it out and your belongings will get tossed on multiple trucks. So, when you make a claim, the moving company has a 3rd party filing your claim. It isn’t with the neither broker nor moving company. It shouldn’t take 50 days from pick up to receive your belongings. Very unprofessional, extremely poor customer service. No care in the world to what happens to your belongings. They have one job to do and couldn’t even do it.; and you still have to pay them in full or get charged to reschedule the delivery date or for storage. You will 100% regret it if you go with this company to move your belongings. Trust me.
