How to pick up a package and I went online to get the address for Prasad International, and saw all the negative reviews. To be honest I was cringing at the thought of going in. I have to say my experience was great, the guy who helped me was so nice and incredibly accommodating. I ended up having a few extra packages there so it took a little extra time and he was more than happy to help me.
4/24/19 Went to the Prasad International office to pick up a package. Jose, the rudest person there, came to the counter and asked what do you want. Told him I had a tracking number for a package. He stepped away from the counter in front of me to a counter next to me and stated I had to wait until he checked in the packages on that counter. This is the third time this person was rude. Last time he had me crying, he even passed me up and waited on the person behind me. Someone needs to put him in his place. I hope it’s not my husband he will be going for the package. Please do something about this VERY RUDE MAN!
Unfortunately Prasad International makes it impossible to file a claim for any items lost and mailing. The suggestion was that I contact the original sender to have a claim filed with them. How interesting, so they never have to pay out claims because they make it virtually impossible. What a scam. They kept my wife’s beauty products, no remnants or even sign of anything exploding or any kind of problems but items were missing. Generic letter on the outside of the package with no explanation of anything.
