   I don’t know what kind of customer service you all have but it’s unacceptable what your company is doing how in the name of God you guys don’t have any contact information and people’s packages are not delivered no updates what type of a business is this

   Dit is het track en tracé nummer van mijn pakket dat “ergens” is afgeleverd, ik was vandaag de hele dag thuis omdat ik wist dat het vandaag zou komen. Niemand aan de deur geweest en ook geen briefje in de bus! Waarom niet gewoon bij mij afgeleverd?? Ik moet nu maar raden waar mijn pakket is. Ik ben zo ongelooflijk boos, eerst moet ik 3 weken wachten op mijn pakket en vervolgens wordt het niet eens bij mij bezorgd!! Ik heb geen idee waar mijn pakket nu is, weten jullie waar het is??

   My package was NOT delivered even though it says it was! I was at home that day and it’s not in my lobby, none of my neighbours have seen it and there wasn’t even a slip left stating to go pick it up at a post office. Why don’t you have a contact number? This is totally unacceptable, how is this even possible? My building is highly secured with a front lobby and my building checked the cameras in case of the unlikely chance of theft and there was NO deliveries that day at all!!

    Tracking shows they have delivered my goods. I was at home waiting for my goods not delivered. Uptil date I don’t know what happened to my goods and I could contact them. They are organised criminals

    TLDR; Special requests were made and seemed to be understood. When delivery day came, the driver seemed completely unaware of any special requirements, calling us asking where we are when we were never supposed to be there. After many calls to MCR, the situation was resolved, but only after a lot of stress caused to us.
    This was very close to being a full 5 stars and at one point only 1 star. We needed to move our things from the UK to Germany and found that MCR offered a great price. Things became more awkward for us as we had no flat secured (a hotel stay for quarantine), had to quarantine as soon as we got to our destination and had arranged for a storage locker in Germany for our things to be stored in the interim.
    Speaking to MCR before I placed my deposit, I was incredibly happy to find that they would be able to arrange for the driver to unload on his own and deliver the locker key to our hotel for a very reasonable additional fee. This was followed up in some emails and everything seemed fine.
    When the removal day came, the driver was great, we managed to get the van packed relatively quickly and everything seemed fine. I had tried to make sure that he understood the situation when he got to Germany and handed him some extra contact information and he assured us, through broken English, that he understood.
    On the delivery day we were making our way to our hotel when we received a call from the driver asking us where we were. The problem being it was very difficult to be understood as the driver did not speak English; this wouldn’t be an issue in normal cases, but it was obvious that the driver seemed upset and frustrated. I had to get in contact with MCR again which was incredibly difficult. Once through I was told that they weren’t aware that the driver would have to unload on his own, despite the emails sent which explicitly outlined my requirements. MCR then continued to say she would get in contact with the driver. Eventually we got a few text messages saying the driver had been told what was required and then that the items had been unloaded. Honestly, I was terrified that it had all just been left at the side of a road. But all credit to the driver, everything was unloaded and everything was in good condition.
    I would recommend MCR to anyone who has a relatively ‘normal’ removal requirement, everything needs to be packed before the driver arrives and someone needs to be at the delivery address to help unload.

    Courier simply refuses to deliver may package. He has my number but just doest call. Local depo keeps telling me they have a backlog and can’t deliver right now. Unprofessional.

    Absolutely garbage. Got a phone call yesterday saying that my delivery would arrive sometime between 10am – 2 pm today. Now it’s 1.5 hours past their time window and no one has showed up, no phone calls either. Tried to call them and no one is picking up phone calls. What nightmare this is. I will never order stuff on Costco online ever again.
