    The package sent to my granddaughter in Canada has still not arrived. I discovered today that the postcode at the post office in Wijk bij Duurstede was entered incorrectly.

    I sent the package on November 12. The package was sent to Canada but not forwarded to my granddaughter in Quebec until now.

    The barcode is: CC090628936NL destination Canada. Hopefully you can do something about this.

    March 17, 2016. I just got back from having Wan or some other Filipino PostNL International worker close the door in my face. He didn’t even have a chance to lock the door and told me, we’re closed.” His English not mine. REALLY? What business does that? My dry cleaners don’t do that. The hobby store didn’t do that when I needed glue. In fact businesses will stay open later than necessary for customer service. I WAS there on time and he closed the door in my face. This is our tax dollars at work. I HATE the PostNL International office’s policies and work ethic. Any good reviews you see are most likely written by employees’ family to try to balance out the plethora of BAD reviews. You suck! And I’m going to treat you rudely every time I go from now on!!!! HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES?”

    This PostNL International location gave my address to complete strangers and they were able to change their insurance, bank, and credit cards to my home address. They were also able to divert my mail without my consent. Why is this not illegal? It is fraud.

    I will give -1 if I could!
    For day 1, PostNL International said they left package at the front door and nothing is even there though I immediately went out looking for it. I called customer service, they said the station will call me back the next day, but no one called me at all.
    For the next day, I have another package to be delivered before 12pm, but it suddenly showed delivery exception. I have been waiting the whole morning given the experience on the previous day! No door tag is found either! When I called in, it’s the same answer of the station will call you back. Such terrible service!!!
    PostNL International definitely sucks, the other day I went to their Fremont office to ship a package. They had only one staff open despite the line has more than 20 people. By the time it’s my turn their computer suddenly got stuck and they spent another 15 minutes to reboot the computer…
