    Is there a reason why my mail on Saturday’s comes later and later in the day? It’s not acceptable! They used to come between 1-2pm. Now it’s later than 5pm??!!

    Nice convenience that you can ship any carrier from here, but the costs are SIGNIFICANTLY higher. I brought in an old golf head cover to ship. It fits in a mailer and is under 1lb. The Hispanic lady either tried to rip me off completely or is terrible at checking rates. I requested the cheapest possible shipping, which she rang up for USPS Priority at $16.95. I couldn’t believe it. When I asked why so much she immediately gave me attitude and couldn’t explain the cost. I declined to use them and went straight to the post office (USPS), which charged me $5.60. Unbelievable… I’ll never go here again unless I have a prepaid label for product return.

    Chris, Eli, Corn and the rest of the hunky movers did an outstanding job with moving us into our new home. We moved a few weeks before Christmas and it was a relief to not have to worry about moving ourselves. The team knew was professional and friendly. Definitely will be using them again when we move in the future. Great job hunks!!

    Keon availability and response for last minute scheduling was superb. On top of that, he and his coworker was flexible when I needed to get rid of extra junk.

    This store is very poorly managed. The staff is unfriendly and was unwilling to help me ship a return package. The gentleman I spoke with said that since my box had a small hole they would not accept it. I asked why can’t we just tape over it and he said I do not want to argue with you and walked away. What? That’s terrible service, how about help me come to a resolution. So instead I made my own resolution and will never go back to that store. Unfortunately it’s people like that, that hurt the stores reputation as well as UPS. There are plenty of other carriers happy to take my business.
