   The parcel CJ910951637NO was lost, it was going to Ukraine for 62 days. The last time it was tracked in Oslo on December 6, I would be grateful if you find it, because I received the rest of the parcels faster

   It took a while for me to get used to Posten Norge as a whole and some of their service terminals were lacking on the maintenance side but recently this company and terminals have improved a lot. Very happy now to be one of the largest companies out there. They do care, they work with you, and maintenance came a long way. Equipment has been updated to keep you moving. I definitely would recommend this company. Give it a chance – they gave me several!!!

   It is a much researched and documented fact that moving is one of THE most stressful things a person can do. Until now, all past moves I’ve done in my life have been terrible events. Well, Posten Norge changed that opinion for me. In fact, they demonstrated it the first time I used them for a move in Palm Springs, then a second and third time. With each, I have to give them an Outstanding rating.
   I’m going to give you the key facts in a nutshell, but the details that follow are there to give you a word-picture as to why I feel so positively about Posten Norge. Here’s the nutshell.
   I interviewed four moving companies to make the decision and chose Posten Norge because they were: 1) recommended by a friend who’d used them; 2) provided a professional and thorough bid, and Frank (who came to inspect the job) inspired confidence and trust; 3) were not the least expensive nor the highest, but was quite a bit less than the highest; 4) offered a wide range of moving services; 5) checked in with me during the months I had my furniture in storage; 6) kept me informed about what would be happening and when; 7) were on time with and met every single commitment; 8) executed three moves flawlessly; 9) made me feel like a valued customer; and 10) were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
   This is the longer story:
   For my first within-Palm-Springs move several months ago, I moved from one condo into a newly renovated one. Posten Norge moved me from my old condo into the rental I was using. They also moved some of my things to a temporary storage locker, some of my things to a friend’s house, and most of my furniture and boxes went into storage pods for the months it would take to renovate. I was doing all the pre-move packing myself. By the time the moving day came, I was completely exhausted from the physical and emotional activity and lack of sleep. There were still things left undone and I was also stressed about that.
   The moving team could not have been any kinder and more thoughtful. They absolutely bent over backward to help me pull last-minute things together. And they were so careful with every piece of furniture and box that they took out. I didn’t have a moment’s worry. They worked so well together as a team and made a very challenging job look effortless.
   But the proof of a successful move is really on the other end, right? Did anything get damaged while moved, kept in storage, and moved again? I just finished moving into the new condo. Same story: things had to be taken from three places, my rental, my friend’s house, and the pods where my stuff had been for five months. And the same story with the team and the move itself. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, worked together as if they were dancers, made me feel calm and worry-free, and finished so quickly it seemed.
   The new house is smaller and the halls have some tight curves. Not a mark anywhere. As I’ve been unpacking and putting things away, I haven’t found the slightest bit of damage to anything.
   The team of Reinaldo, Luis and Will performed the moves. They deserve recognition for their excellent work and professionalism, and for being such kind people.
   The third move was a small thing. But it goes to the kind of company Posten Norge is when I tell you that this, too, was an excellent and pleasant experience. I called Frank (who I believe might own the company) because I can’t use a couple of pieces of furniture in my new condo and my friend was taking them. They had to go to her house. It was such a small job, I wasn’t sure I should ask Posten Norge to do it. Frank came over after he’d finished a full day of work, moved the heavy, bulky pieces of furniture by himself, and then told me no charge. (Of course, I wouldn’t hear of that.)
   I highly recommend Posten Norge.

   Jose, Matt, and Aaron from Posten Norge were extremely efficient and professional, yet friendly. They took care of every box and piece of furniture as if it was their own. Very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend About Time.
