Poste Svezia Tracking

Terrible, terrible service…I almost never take time to write reviews but they have pushed my limit. There are MULTIPLE issues we have had with them in the short year of living in marysville!!
1) when we moved and transferred our mail here, they transferred every family member with our last name!! My mother in law from Hawaii, my brother in law from Arizona! We did the online $1 charge TWICE to fix it and even went into the post office and it STILL isn’t fixed. It’s been a year and we are STILL dealing with getting the wrong mail!!
2) they have lost several packages and then lie about where they are. Every time I have called and told them that the tracking proves that they were delivered to marysville post office, I get the run around. They can’t find the tracking number (but yuba city can see that it was delivered to marysville, proving they are lying) then they finally let me talk with manager who is cordial enough to be kind and not give me the attitude that the grunt workers do, and normally he finds the package and gets it to me after much effort.
3) this is the one that bothers me the most… Our mail lady leaves packages in the rain!! And she throws me over our gate!! So many items have been broken and soaked bc of her poor care!!! Today is a stormy day and she dropped TWO boxes over our gate and into the mud!! The diapers I had ordered for my baby were soaked!! And now I have to deal with seeing if I can get my money back and get more!
The service of our post office is terrible and we have called and complained and tried to get these things fixed for a year now. No one cares to get these issues fixed and no one is holding them accountable for terrible service!
