   We chose Sorenson Moving in Chico and they made our 1,100 mile move so easy and stressless. They were on time to load in Chico and on time to our new destination. Every item was moved and unpacked with the utmost of care. The staff was personable, careful and respectful. This was the FIRST move ever for my wife and Sorenson made it a story to never forget. Thank you so much.

   I never realized how disorganized FedEx is. I’ve been trying to get my package for over a week now and to no avail. Workers in store are friendly but incredibly unhelpful. (and the customer support line has horrible customer service; want to get off the phone with you in one minute rather than hear out the problem to try and solve it.) Who knew it was so hard to transfer my package from the Warwick facility to the one in Middletown. Very disappointed, and if I ever receive my package at this point, know I’ll never use FedEx again.
   Edited to add: after 3 weeks of trying to get my package, I still never got it. They returned it to sender and I had to email the retailer to receive a refund. Never should have happened, and truly will never EVER use FedEx again. Thanks for the hassle, guys.

   This UPS has awesome customer service, there is very seldom a wait, and makes the customers experience very personable. The only downfall is the location. There is a ton of construction going on around the store.

   The crew led by Jake showed up right on time and immediately went to work. Everything was done in an orderly manner, no one was in rush. My wife and I were very impressed in how the team took care of our stuff. They started at 8:30am, and was done by 2:00pm.
   I can’t speak to the value since this is the first time that I have hired a moving company. For the result that we got, I would say the price was very reasonable.

   Large rug delivery from Crate and Barrel. Guys did a great job moving furniture, rolling up old rug and laying down new rug and them putting furniture back in place.
