    I have been with AW since Aug 2022. I am a INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. Reaper Truckline. I’m leasing truck with AW. They lease it through Ryder. They have a pretty good team of office personnel set up. The lease program is not to bad. They give me a couple of options. Paid by Percentage or paid by milliage. To get a 100 % idea of what that is call them. I went with milliage. You get monthly and quarterly Bonus and it is easier to keep track of expenses. They don’t take out as much as if you went Percentage . You will need to have a very good MVR to be considered. Passenger will need to be 18years of age. Very strict with ELD and Safety.     This FedEx is the least helpful branch I have ever encountered. Despite having my government issued photo ID, they would not let me pick up the package without mail. This is directly in conflict with the policies of the national company, who informed me I only needed an ID to pick up a package. I am very disappointed in the lack of clarity and flexibility of their customer service.
