   Eagle Moving Group is not a moving company, they are nothing more than brokers. I agreed to a move based on estimated weight which was calculated via a video walk through of our home. I was told this process was perfectly normal. The quote I received was for just over $7,100, which included fuel and transport to our new home approximately 10 hours away. On the scheduled date of our pack-out, a crew showed up – three men, one who appeared to be the crew chief, and two who appeared to have been picked up on the side of the road – in a Ryder truck. They also showed up to pack-out our house at almost 7 pm. To make matters worse, they told me no one estimates moving costs by weight, it is by cubic feet, and further that I would have to pay them at least $7,000 directly for them to continue. I had already paid more than $2,900 in a deposit to Eagle Moving Co. They have refused to refund the deposit, as we ended up having to hire local packers, rent our own Ryder truck, and move ourselves. I have since traveled overseas, but my attorney has the facts of the pending case and will file litigation soon enough. Sadly, that is what I have to do because these scam artists who misrepresented their company as a moving company prey on the unsuspecting public. Karma is a serious thing, and it always comes homes to roost. Beware of these people…

   People here not willing to help you when you have problems in shipping address.
   They put restrictions on the delivery address but when we find out the address is wrong they are not willing to help you to correct it and they even give us wrong instructions to correct it.
   They are very very bad customer service plus they are not 24 hrs service so when we get this address problems the office suppose to help change the address is using Central time zone and this office is open too late to make it harder for us to fix the problem!
