   I review a lot of businesses, and I leave a lot of really good reviews. I enjoy being able to leave a positive review. But I have to call ’em like I see ’em, and this location is old, dirty and neglected (decrepit is actually the perfect word to describe this place). It’s dirty, dark and musty; it should have been either torn down completely or renovated 20 years ago. Every 6-8 months, I decide to attempt to mail a package from the post office located in St. Ann, MO. It is often on my way to someplace else and it’s a convenient stop — or it could be convenient, if I were ever able to actually accomplish my goal in a timely fashion. Every time I go here, I regret it and end up going a little out of my way, back to my own municipality’s post office, which is 10 minutes away in travel time, but decades away in appearance and service. I went in about 2 hours ago, with one single, simple task: I wanted to mail a padded envelope. It wasn’t too big. It wasn’t too heavy. It was sealed, addressed, ready to go. Except there was only one gentleman there today; he was working on something for a customer and was typing SO S L O W L Y, he may not be finished yet. He didn’t address me or the other 2 ladies who were waiting, he did not attempt to assure us that he would be with us shortly. He actually did not even acknowledge me. After 7 minutes of waiting, with no apparent progress and no end in sight, I gave up. Went to my own post office located in nearby Overland, which as usual, presented a nice, clean, bright face to the world, in terms of staff and building environment. St. Ann, you need to show a little pride and demand a better building, and expect better staffing than you currently have. I have learned my lesson. I will not go back to this sad excuse for a post office.

   I ordered a chicken and cheese sub. Very tasty. French fries. Not real hot but fries dont travel well so not their fault. Canolli. Yummy. Delivery man was very polite. So was the phone guy. He said delivery in 45-60 minutes, and it took 67 so I consider that on time. I’d order from them again.

   Store manager Mak bhai is really a wonderful guy with an excellent assistance and help to customers. I truly suggest this store for anyone.

   I’ve used this moving company twice and won’t use anybody else going forward. had the best encounter with this business. Fantastic work. Quick, competent, nothing damaged or broken, and very affordable costs. Definitely 10/10 would recommend!
