    My move found me overwrought with the way I was treated at my previous location. The group that came and packed were delightful and the movers were terrific. They were very good at putting items that I needed to unpack in places I would not trip over them instead of the middle of the room like previous movers did.
    Moving is a very stressful time to say the least and they bent over backwards to make it bearable.
    I highly recommend Genie to anyone who wants the job done right.

    Rob and Joseph were incredible! I highly recommend these hard working young men. They clearly knew what they were doing, they hustled, were extremely professional, fairly priced, conscientious, and had the most wonderful attitudes. A combination almost impossible to find in this industry.

    I’d like to leave zero stars if possible.
    Waiting over 11 days for a 2 day service.
    4 notifications of `out for delivery` that then changed during the course of the day: one `you weren’t in` (I was), one `there has been a delay` and one `your parcel is too big and needs a specialist courier` (it’s a 2kg box!). Currently still out for delivery – yesterday…..
    Tracking is unreliable. No way to contact (they insist I go via the eBay vendor). Don’t even know where the parcel is.
    So, so ,so sososososososos frustrating.
    Worst courier experience. Ever.

    Worst. These guys JUST DON’T BUSS THE RING BELL! I was home all day waiting for the package.
    I order something in a store. I can drive to the store for 5 mins. But this service leave a note and ask me to pick up near airport, which is a 30+ mins drive. What’s the point here?
