Worst moving company ever. Complete scam. They quoted me 3 men and a truck for a 4 bedroom move and typically you pay 1500-1900 for other reputable companies. POST LINK charged me 3200$ after quoting 3 men and charged me for 4 men. The supervisor sat in truck all day while he bossed around the 3 workers. Wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if the supervisor does this all the time and pockets the cash.
Should change your name to moving scam artist inc as that is exactly what they did to me and my family.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU JUST LIKE THEY DID ME FOR 1100-1500$
This place is a nightmare. I have a PO Box here and the woman with the hat at Post Link refuses to give me packages if she’s in a bad mood. I will have the package slip from my box and she will insist it’s not there. She has even told me that it IS there but she won’t give it to me because she doesn’t like my attitude”. Withholding my mail is a crime and I file complaints about it every time but nothing changes.
I’ve seen her be so cruel to other people and I have gotten into shouting matches with her myself.
I’ve filed countless complaints against her and even spoken with her superiors at Post Link. They are well aware of what she does.
She can’t get fired because it’s a union job and she’s three years away from retiring.
They have also told me multiple times that the reason she is always working alone is because anyone who has to work with her asks to be transferred to another branch because she is so unbearable.
It’s become so bad that I’ve put in a change of address.
This is astonishing that she is allowed to get away with this behavior with zero consequences.
I encourage all of you to do the surveys on the receipts and complain about her every time. She’s a horrible person and she needs to be stopped.”
