    Bus was late for a little bit but we came in time to our destination. The girl who works there were late to open the station!!! You get small water before a departure what is very nice

    Daniel and his wife are just the loveliest people. Nothings a drama, everything is easy. Moving house is a hell of a business. I was unprepared for how much work it was. These guys helped me, moved my times around to give me more time.
    They have no minimum hours or cost. Very good value. Very professional movers, that are lovely and helpful.
    Can’t recommend them more highly.

    First of all they said my parcel got delivered which it didn’t, due to a driver making a mistake. This lead to 4 different conversations with customer service, adding up to more than an hour of my time. The next day I came home to find my £300 parcel left on my doorstep in the middle of the day and the response I got from them was “ not our problem take it up with the supplier of your product” when the person at fault is Yodels driver. It was a horrible experience that could of been avoided if the drivers used common sense and on top of that the customer service operators were blunt and unhelpful.

    Terrible service. Move booked and we were made aware that it could happen over a range of dates. 3 days prior we contacted the company to get a more accurate idea of when the move would happen – we were informed that it would be the Monday (this after us following up multiple times and being told they’d get back to us which they never did). On Sunday afternoon we were then told that the move would only be 2 days later, a day after the last indicated collection day.
    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rather pay a bit more for a professional service and peace of mind
