   Very disappointed with the service received. H&M was booked through our moving company, Durban Moving Company, to collect our items from Durban and deliver them to Cape Town. Items were broken and our coaches arrived soaking wet. Many boxes had been tampered with and a valuable item had been stolen. H&M’s response to the theft and damaged items has been extremely disappointing.

   Often we find ourselves quick to complain when we receive poor service and usually don’t bother acknowledging when we receive excellent service. I would like to thank your company for transporting my Mazda Miata from Canton, MA to Luling, LA. I received my car in only 3 and a half days when I was given an estimated time of 5-7 days.
   My first contact was with Marie in your office. She was professional and easy to work with as well as very assuring of the safe delivery of my car.
   The driver and his co-worker were extremely professional and polite. They communicated with me on at least two occasions as to the status of my delivery. On the day of delivery, I watched the driver unload my car with gentle care (although I was nervous). My car arrived in perfect condition.
   I would recommend your company to anyone looking for quality customer service.

   Thank you Camp Hopson for making a possible stressful delivery run smoothly – nothing was too much trouble. All was collected and delivered at the arranged time. I cannot fault the service. I will recommend and use again.

   This courier service is cheater no.1, doing fraud again & again, making fake signature of receiver by themself only, & showing it’s rcvd.!! This is happened 4th te in 2 months.!! Cheap people, cheap response.
