Using strong plastic boxes that lock together allowed us to organize our moving truck much more efficiently than we have ever been able to do with cardboard boxes.

No one is picking the phone and tried at least 20 times. EVEV I AM NOT ABLE TO COMPLIAN TO BLUE DART corporate/head office as customer service does not have option. Its worst service ever seen. I am not sure how they get contract for private/governmenta postals. I suppose to get emergency post and unable to track… Please refrian using this service if you have alternative. IRRESPOBSIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE.

Took today off for delivery yet received a message that there was no-one home when they apparently came past. Have left message with Mulgrave office to see if I could pick up my package. Not happy.

This might just be the worst company on the face of this planet. No response to emails, phone line never connects. It says my package has been delivered, yet I don’t know where it is. I keep calling them for almost 2 hours now – still the line is not connected. Extremely poor customer service. By extremely poor I mean – just non-existent, they have literally ZERO customer service. They don’t even realise they have customers. I swear.

Rowan and his team did an amazing job! Were in quick and careful with my belongings. Very polite and respectful. Will definantly use again for any future moves

Last 2 times I’ve asked them to leave it in a safe place and they’ve took it back to the depot, what’s the point in having a safe place if they don’t use it!!!!!
