    I Sent Cargo in Pakistan but Still not Reached to destination. Cargo Person told Me Port Qasim Authority Not Releasing the container.

    My partner and I have both moved a lot and we both didn’t want to have to deal with moving our furniture (we also would have had to rent a van, etc…), so someone recommend this moving company.     Company are very bad to deal with they are saying they delivered my package and they didn’t as I was in work when I got a email saying they have delivered my item and when I got home nothing was out side my door and no one was home to have let the driver in to the apartment building,they don’t have a phone line also they don’t reply to WhatsApp message after two weeks of send messages they ignore them and when I got to talk with someone in email they again Ignored me only to try again and again they said we will ask are driver about this issue then they stop emailing me and now I can’t get a reply .
    Do not use this company as I have heard from others that had same problem with them, no wonder they don’t have a phone line that way no one can make complaints.

    Terrible customer service and one of the worst delivery/driver courier experiences of my life. Only 1 out of 4 packages from the same consignment delivered with the delivery driver LYING on the system saying all 4 had been delivered. Now unable to trace the missing parcels and customer service not picking up. Avoid like the plague. Do NOT USE!
