FedEx driver lies and stated I refused shipment for a device I need for a medical appointment tomorrow. I have a doorbell camera and FedEx vehicle never attempted a delivery. This is the second time this occurred this year with FedEx.
The attendant from the san antonio office Bola was very responsive and helpful. My items arrived with 7-10 days as promised and i was able to pick it up without any hassle. Customer care was also very responsive
The only reason I gave a star is for the proximity this place had for us to drop off ups/fedex boxes but the lady working there is extremely grumpy and rude. They charge for even dropping off prepaid boxes, tape. I think if they could, they would charge you for stepping foot inside their store. It wouldn’t have bothered much if the service was pleasant and respectful but the lady will belittle you and speak rudely. My entire family used to go there but now we drive a bit more distance but for better service and respect.
Opens 9am on saturdays. Quick and friendly service. Has printers if you need something printed out and sells all types of packing items such as bubble wrap and others.
Shipping a car is a bit of a headache and prior to finding ampm I spoke to many reps from different car shipping companies. Arthur sounded very reliable. He was able to find a driver that matched my route in a few hours. The pricing was similar to other companies I’ve seen so they don’t overcharge. Easy, convenient, basically door-to-door service. Besides being shipped dirty, the car got no other issue upon arrival.
