    They showed fake reason for non delivery. The delivery executive didn’t contacted me, but they showed the reason for nondelivery as customer not available.

    Staff here aren’t friendly, some can be downright rude, but they are usually quick. They do make mistakes e.g. give you the wrong one, miss a package etc… I was once given a watch by mistake, and they insisted this was the correct item, until I pointed out the address and the name differed markedly from mine ‍♂
    As far as I’ve seen, there is a single, redeeming man, looks Asian but with an Australian accent who is so delightful and helpful. I hope he finds a better job somewhere else..

    Customer Service Stinks!!! If you don’t like ur job find a new one… called to get a quote lady was rude and transferred the called to some man that was annoyed huffing and puffing while talking to me and hung up me when I called back he didn’t even say hi or sorry… the worst ever I’m going to call the manager as well make they need a career change in there

    I sent an email last Friday inquiring about a moving quote. They responded via email to provide a moving date. I sent a follow up request the following day and have not received anything back. I’ve tried calling their contact number (website) several times with no answer. I’ve read good reviews, however, I hesitate to use a business who doesn’t respond in a timely manner.

    This place is perfect example of how NOT to run business. Miserable woman that works there needs to get some customer service training or stay home and take her misery on herself. Very rude, impolite and totally unprofessional. I hate going to this place and try to avoid having anything to do with UPS.
