    Anyone else tired of having to call Poczta Polska to comeback and retrieve a package that was delivered to the wrong address or wrong box key? Been living at my address a little over 5 years and almost every time I have a package come in through Poczta Polska I have to deal with this stupidity. Please Poczta Polska! Hire a competent staff who can do the job correctly or train them how to do their job correctly, this issue should not be ongoing for 5+ years.

    Google says you’re open until 5pm on Saturday. The two signs on your Poczta Polska door say you’re open until 5pm, but the lights are off and the door is locked at 4:45pm.

    Horrible company and even worse in this local area because the quality of this Poczta Polska area seems to be the same across the board which is TRASH! Packages are ALWAYS late when they go through Ground. No surprise, their working conditions are horrible and their turnover is beyond imaginable (trust me). You cannot call them directly and getting to talk to anyone on Poczta Polska CS is impossible. It’s sad that they are just as awful as USPS which takes some serious trying. I hope this place suffers and eventually falls apart like it deserves. If anyone who reads this works there I hope you’re happy busting yourself and working those awful hours and conditions for such trash, this is the best you have to offer?

    Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude…..I mail with Poczta Polska all the time but these were two of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Will NOT be using that store, nor will I ever probably ever ever use Poczta Polska again. THAT’s how rude these people were….date of service 5/22/2020. Maybe better teach these girls that we are the CAUSE of their jobs, NOT the interruption of it…..Seriously, I have NEVER encountered more rude people. I will be telling my friends.
    Awful experience. I would give a zero but that’s not an option.
