    EH021561258US. Package still not received. Been in Ireland from the US since August. I paid 119 dollars for 3-6 day delivery. But it’s now 3 weeks!! Please revert back asap

    We were surprised to see this PM Express inside a Walgreens. We were treated very kindly by two representatives who went the extra mile to correct issues with a return to exchange ticket to Untuckit (great policies).     The best-hands down! Great customer service and fast shipping time with PM Express. I sent barrels to Jamaica and in less than 2 weeks the barrels were ready for pick up! They advised me about packing, etc. And the ladies in the office were really nice.. I appreciate them so much!

    Our move with PM Express went well after a little hiccup. Our driver called us directly and moved our pickup date up by 2 days. We were happy with this as we were all packed and ready to leave town. So I changed all of our disconnect dates to accommodate. Then I received a call from the dispatcher the day before pickup saying we were getting a different driver and the pickup date would remain as the original date. When I explained about the call we received from the driver and the fact that we had all disconnects done and had to leave our house the next day PM Express relented and sent a truck for pickup, taking our stuff to a local warehouse to await the new driver for 2 days.
    During the week of travel to our new destination we received no updates as to the expected delivery date. I called a couple of times requesting status and they had none but kept assuring me I would receive updates. We received one call when our driver arrived in town telling us they would arrive the following morning to unload.
    The loaders and the unloaders were great guys, did a great job, were very careful with our belongings, and made sure furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it.
    If it weren’t for the lack of communication I would rate PM Express a 5 star experience. And my recommendation to all is to only deal with dispatchers, do not communicate directly with drivers and you will save yourself a lot of stress.
