    If I could give zero Stars I would. Since I have moved to this area I have had numerous problems with delivery of both mail and packages. I ordered an item from eBay and I never received the item. If I call the 800 number for USPS and put in the tracking number it gives me a delivery date of January 30th at 4:03 p.m. if I pull it up through the eBay app the tracking actually shows that it was delivered both on January 30th and on February 1st… now you can’t deliver the same package twice… however they did not even deliver it one time because I never received the package but yet when I go to the post office website and try to file a claim the same tracking number that gives tracking through eBay and the same tracking number that tells me it was delivered on January 30th through their phone number tells me it’s an invalid tracking number when I try to file the claim form. I tried to go through the online chat and it canceled my request because there were no agents available I tried to call on the phone and of course there’s no agents available there either. It seems very shady to me that a tracking number can work through eBay and work through the own their own USPS phone number but yet when you try to put it through their website to try to file a claim for the missing package then all the sudden it’s an invalid tracking number. the informed delivery that they have available online allows you to check mark a piece of mail if it’s not received however it does not give that option to check a box at the package was not received. In addition when you use the tracking number through their phone it only gives you the final tracking portion and does not allow you to push a button for an option that’s a package was not received so you can’t file a claim and you can’t speak to anybody about it. Worst customer service anywhere

    Had a special circustance and they were very accommodating. Great value and everyone was so kind and helpful especially Nick. Will be using these guys in the future when we move into our permanent home.

    Had a great experience with this location unlike the Ledgewood UPS. I believe his name was John, but he was so helpful and willing to take the time to go to my truck and not only measure the things I needed to ship, but also make a box to perfectly fit the item for the best shipment cost. Amazing customer service is worth my time in a review at least and I’ll be a returning customer!
