   Unbelievable incompetence. One week ago, I requested a mail box key to receive mail at my new unit. Was told at the time it would take seven days. What is this? 1963?
   Today I return only to be told it’s not ready. It may take 10-15 days. Odd. That’s not what you said last week. No apology. No “Let me see what I can do.” Just a blank stare.
   I ask to speak to a supervisor. And wait for 15 minutes to talk to someone. Finally Michael shows up and to sum up the lengthy conversation: there’s one person who handles the keys FOR THE CITY and they haven’t been there yet this week. Maybe next week.
   Thank you for that.

   QUANTUM TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! The assigned driver canceled half an hour after the arranged pick-up time. Upon speaking with a supervisor, Ben, he assured me that a driver would pick up our car the following day and if not, my $100 deposit would be returned after I expressed my complete lack of faith in the company. This could not be further from the truth. They are now demanding I pay them $200 for canceling. Remember, the driver canceled on me, and the company failed to arrange a second pick up! To make matters worse, I was informed that the $1000 agreed cost had now risen to $1800 out of nowhere and for no reason. This is called scamming, and they should be investigated for their business practices. DO NOT USE QUANTUM TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS!

   These postal workers are rude and not a well run post office. A package is undeliverable one day and unable to be found the next?? You would think it would be held for pickup, but nope.
