   I use this UPS store for all my shipping needs both personal and professional. I have never had any issues and everyone is always super friendly and attentive. They try to make the best of it considering the pandemic and limited staff everywhere, which is understandable. I have never had to wait long even in a long line.

   Terrible customer service and they are aware of it. Had an employee tell me that this isn’t the only Post Office in Miami-Dade and I didn’t have to go there.

   A wonderful experience. Delivery guys were very careful, knowledgeable, and adept at setting the machines up. They were friendly and made sure the machines worked before they left. I’m very happy with the experience.

   On our out of state move, we had more stuff than our movers had room for, so we called UPack. They were able to get us a cube container at the last minute, and it was dropped at our house when we expected. We loaded and locked it, and it was picked-up the following day. when we reached our new destination, we had the cube dropped at a Public Storage across town from where we were staying (an hour plus drive). The driver only gave us a 20 minute advance notice, and kept calling to threaten to leave at 30 minutes after he arrived. Luckily, we were able to get there in time (after calling the central dispatch to have the driver stay until we got there). That was the only negative part of our experience. Otherwise, we got great last minute service, and had everything done when we requested.
