Rual and Demetri from PIK PAK spent the day moving my things to my retirement home. They both worked hard all day and were glad to make sure everything was where I wanted it.
Terrible customer service at pik pak, every time I come in there’s an issue. Instead of talking down to people, try educating them. There’s nothing worse than a company expecting you to know how it’s run. Absolute headache to deal with anyone at this location.
After walking for an hour with my pre-printed PIK PAK return, I was greeted with a giant MASKS REQUIRED sign, on September 23rd 2022, at a time when no other business requires them. I accomplished the same task at the UPS store a few minutes early with no problem. Seems like an openly hostile attempt to ruin their own business. I will walk further to go elsewhere.
Great place to work, good benefits, great bosses at Pik Pak. Need a job? Tell them Judy and Howard sent you. Hard working men will keep you going if you want to work. Good pay.
Man, with all the 1 stars not even sure I should even put out my review.
I arrived at the PIK PAK office and knew that I was picking up a package so I looked for the blue door of death. I really think they should have better signage up front, because as I was waiting I could hear the person at the counter tell everyone in line, after two people already mistakenly went up there, that anyone picking up a package should go to the side blue door. I think had they had signage out front, this could all be avoidable. I rang the bell when I first got there and waiting for about 3 minutes and nothing. When the people came from the counter they asked me if I had already rang the bell and I told them yes. After another 2 minutes the guy behind me rang it again, let’s try it again he said. Didn’t bother me any, I can understand their frustration after waiting in that long line.
Finally the lady opens the door and I can just tell by her facial expression that she’s just not happy to be there. No smile, no happy to see you type attitude. It’s almost like we were bothering her. She explained to me that even though online and their apps show my package to be there, that it’s out on delivery….. without checking. I hope that she’s just that awesome and knows for sure, but I’m NOT going to be happy if she’s wrong. Place seems a little disorganized just from the few minutes that I spent there, but I can’t rate it a 1 star yet, because it wasn’t a horrible experience, just not a pleasant one.
