This post office is the nearest office to me. I went there. There are 3 people working but only one was in the register. There was a big line and they don’t care, they talked to each other about their problems infront of customers and it’s very rude and unprofessional. The lady was working she just scan for 10 MIN and no progress with her first customer. Awful customer service, -1 customer service. I never go back there. This is my last time.

Overall, this UPS store is a mixed bag when it comes to customer service. This holiday season my mother and I have visited this location a couple of times and our experience was varied. There is one employee who never wears his mask correctly, we were very scared to interact with him and it was clear that he didn’t care about safety precautions.
On the other hand, there was one employee, Cindy, that earned the 5 star review. My mother and I came in with a difficult set of packages to ship and Cindy was an absolute pleasure the whole time. When we came back a second time, she remembered our names and went out of her way to help us. When you visit the store make sure you talk to her! In addition, everyone is pretty quick and they are generally not too busy. Cindy has made this our go to shipping store, we wish her the best!
Our guy – the best rep over at Arrive logistics is Nick Schultz. Best loads providing broker I know of. Were booking huge amounts of freight with him! Fast and responsive person, amazing service..
Not happy with this place. My return package is lost. Another issue: today I’ve come for my appointment, just to find out that appointment doesn’t exist in fact.
Employees are very rude. They treat there customers very poorly. I avoid going to this location even though it is the closest to me.
