    This is the poorest delivery experience I’ve ever had. Three days in a row they’ve lied and said they attempted delivery. I sat outside the last day for three hours, just to receive a notification saying they attempted delivery, while I was sitting on the porch in the cold. I’ve spoken to the branch they assured the package would be here. I called corporate they told me the driver said that I live in a gated community and the package was not able to be delivered. This is beyond inexcusable. This is just sad on behalf of FedEx.

    Post office lost or possibly stole a priority mail package. It took over a month of bickering with USPS to receive fifty dollars back, although the package contained over $400.00 of value. Fernley blamed Reno, Reno blamed Fernley, Reno blamed Sacramento, etc. There is absolutely no accountability with the postal system and I’ve learned that priority mail and a tracking number doesn’t mean anything! The postmaster at this location is slow to return phone calls if you get one at all and doesn’t follow up on anything he says that he’ll do. I’ve also had several holiday cards and other items that could be seen as having valuables not delivered! The USPS app shows as out for delivery, but they never show up in my secure community mail box. For these reasons the Fernley post office receives a ZERO. I have started having to use UPS to avoid these issues.

    Not a good company to work for, very racist. I was in training with one other black and and 3 white guys. The instructor did not noticed anything unless it was one of black men had done it first but he was very pleasant with the other guys who looked like him. I’m a fair person so it’s no bias this company is not for anyone who has morals.
