    We really liked the help we got from Michael and Ishmael from PHILPOST Package, they were professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time and got the job done earlier than anticipated. The reason why we can’t give 5 stars, is because of the booking process. We originally wanted to move in Jan 31st, but it was made difficult because the time it would take the crew to pack at my boyfriend’s place was overestimated and it would’ve resulted in the moving crew having to wait at my place until my scheduled elevator time.
    We continually made it a point to explain why it was not reasonable. As a result, we rescheduled the move at a different day and time to ensure it matched our needs. We considered cancelling the move for this reason. When the movers came, our estimation was correct, and they even completed the job faster. Had we followed the original booking, the movers would’ve waited at least one hour, unable to do anything. Besides that, we were very happy with our service.

    I have been using PHILPOST for over 9 months now consistently with TradeMe (5-10 parcels a week) and have always had great service with them. During this time, there had been 2 parcels that were mixed up (wrong label was placed and the parcels were sent to the wrong place).
    This was sorted out quite quickly and the parcels got to the right place in the end. Julius has always been very helpful and has always gotten back to me when there were any issues with the deliveries.
    Parcels are usually picked up on the same day, only the odd time that it wasn’t picked up. When it happened, I just sent a text to Julius and he gets back by the end of the day to sort it out. Would recommend PHILPOST based on our experience.
