   I should have just went to the post office. Terrible customer service (over-charging and flat out lies that it was the same price as what the PO charges – my dad worked for the PO for 30+ years so I know differently. I also ship a number of parcels and know that this 5# package doesn’t cost the same as the 30# one that I shipped at the PO the other day), and the manager in the background very blatantly (and loudly) being rude and condescending to another customer. I should have cancelled my transaction and left, that’s on me, but it won’t happen again. Shame on me for wanting to support locally owned/franchised businesses. I won’t be back and neither will my friends and family.

   If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. J.W. and Dixie pulled all their resources to fix a mistake in the shipping address I was shipping to. They used their own personal time after hours to address my issue, made several phone calls on my behalf, and were able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. In my opinion, they went over and above for me, when they could have just let the package be returned and I would’ve had to reship. Each interaction I had with them, they were so kind and helpful, even though it was a mistake on my part. Thank you both so so much for all of your help!

   I was in and out. Dropped off a package to be shipped. No wait. Great customer service. I dropped in as I was passing through town. Easy to find.

   They lady was so nice and helpful, a great experience. I was frustrated with FedEx not delivering my package (several days later and it still wasnt here). She helped me get my package and gave me advice on what to do if that ever happened in the future. She was very helpful and turned my day around!

   This is my neighborhood post office and came through for me big time when I needed to mail out 150+ individual parcels for work. The staff here are kind and hardworking. Special thank you to Grace and Crystal for their heroic patience weighing and labeling all of my packages.
