    They put me on hold for almost 30 minutes and lost 2 items In my PO Box. What’s funny and annoying at the same time is that the items or package that was lost was a big tripod and box of key holders.

    I paid for a box which I didn’t get, and my $1000 phone was shipped using scotch tape.

    Ordered online and went in to drop off the phone I was sending. I told the employee I bought an X-Small box. He weighed the phone, printed a receipt, and said he’d take care of it. Later I find out he slapped the tag directly on the phone box and shipped it!
    I had tape on the phone box to keep it together while I got it to UPS, not to ship it. No one ships using scotch tape, are you kidding me?
    Delivery guy said he was very surprised it made it. Cmon!

    The decision to us Brazos movers was a bad one. We have use less expensive movers in the past and never experienced anything like this. The following sums up our experience. The dryer was dented, all but the coffee table of the out door patio furniture was scratched and #2 boxes labeled glass fragile were sitting upside down with all contents destroyed. To top that off they forgot the bolts to the beds at our old house so no beds were put back together. My wife walked out to the garage during the packing process and half the movers were riding our children’s toys that are rated for 3-7 year olds. Keep in mind these are full grown men riding these toys. It took me 2 weeks and some less than pleasant messages to get a call back from the owner. I received a small check for the damages and was filled in on the $.60 per lbs. coverage they have several times. I am a first time reviewer so do not pass this off as I am a serial review with unreasonable expectations.
