I love how long the hours are. I just wished they were open on the weekends I didn’t know and went in one Saturday. You don’t go in the front of the building go around the back entrance you pass a Starbucks and FedEx. Go through the revolving door l and take a right, the door is labeled.
I mailed a very important certified return receipt letter and it has been sitting at this post office for over 5 days. Why aren’t they doing something about my important letter. This is the reason I do not send mail via usps. I would have sent Fedex but they don’t deliver to PO Boxes. I’m so upset. Something needs to be done. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
The worst. I’m sure the Postmaster is aware of this by now. Blatant, disregard for timely deliveries, redeliveries or customer service. For example, ordered Amazon, had 1 delivery attempt, went online ordered redelivery for next day. No redelivery, went to post office, wait on line plus the one hour, no explanation, and ultimately NO PACKAGE.
I had a box of my own that said priority mail but a first class label so I had to purchase a different box. This was told to me after I waites in line over 30 mins and was only 4 people away from being at the counter so the lady that pulled me out of line since i only needed tape made me lose my spot in line. Ugh! Horrible!
