   I prepaid over the phone in anticipation that we would have 5 men show up for our big move today, there were only 4. One guy left after only 30 min, and the other 3 did their best to move two truck loads of our items. The movers Will and Dane were absolutely incredible, the other young boy (age 16) tried his best but he couldn’t lift heavy items. So Dane and Will literally moved almost every thing on this super hot day. They had a great attitude and did their best, but my husband and I ended up jumping in and helping because it was just way too much work for the 2 of them. I paid well over $5k and I ended up moving items myself, and I just had a baby!
   They showed up at 11:30am and we just had them leave at 5pm as they hadn’t eaten, barely drank water, and worked pretty much nonstop. We are extremely disappointed with Wirks (not the individual movers) as the job took twice as long as our move out due to the lack of workers.
   We are still missing items from their storage—our bench to our dining room table and the lower half of our mahogany book shelves. They were so tired, so we didn’t have them put our items in the right place (we just said get it inside) and didn’t fishing putting our bed together.
   I highly recommend Dane and Will, but I cannot stand for a company that doesn’t send backup. It just felt cruel to these 2 men. We felt so bad we gave them an extra $100 cash.
   Had I not prepaid ahead of time, I would have not paid the full amount today. I’ve learned my lesson and am waiting for the owner to call me.

   Orlando is one the best people to work with
   I worked with Orlando, the most professional, nice and responsible in his job. My plan changed several times and Orlando updated the pick up time. Orlando talked to different drivers to find the right driver to be match with my schedule. My car has been shipped from Washington to Maryland with a great ship. I will work with Orlando again.    I made a local move with some large furniture and some large woodworking tools (>400 lbs). The 2 man crew (Jacob and James) were amazing. They prepped the house and blanketed floors and door jams to prevent damage. They wrapped all furniture and moved everything I needed faster than I had expected. I wish I could deal with more professional people like these guys.
