    I called Perfect Courier on a Thursday 08/17/17 to schedule a move on Friday 08/18/17. Granted it was the day before; I factored in that it would either cost more or there wasn’t a slot available (if there wasn’t I’d gladly look elsewhere). Lady I spoke to said that they would have a slot in the pm after all the other moves were completed (there was also no set time just a vague period in the pm). I said great and she requested taking my payment (but I wasn’t ready since I was only trying to get pricing), she said no worries, that all I would need was to call back and submit the payment, but I was never advised that I would need to confirm via email.
    Friday came along and I waited…nothing. I call back and a gentleman said that I didn’t verify the email and that I missed my opportunity for that day. I said fine, maybe there was miscommunication since I didn’t have the payment and maybe messed with the initial rep’s work flow or process. So I rescheduled for Monday 08/21/17 of the following week and paid an additional month of rent to the storage facility where my things were (unfortunately they don’t prorate the fees). I lost time waiting and also lost money for storage…
    Monday comes around and I was advised that I would be scheduled again another vague time slot in the afternoon. I wait until the afternoon to give a call back to customer service. I told the person what was going on and they asked why I didn’t call earlier. (At that point I noticed exactly what was wrong with using Perfect Courier. It is lack of communication between all parties and the customer has to be point person to ensure that we (the customer) call, verify, coordinate, and follow up-All while trying to also take care of all other things involved with moving, additionally having to take additional time off of work.)
    So now it’s Monday afternoon and my stuff is still in storage. The customer service rep reached out to a member of leadership at the local San Antonio office and had them call me. The manager called and apologized and asked if we could once again reschedule and that one of the fees would be waived. By this time I invested (wasted) too much time and money to ask for a full refund and look for another moving company. So I agreed and requested another day of work off so I could take care of this issue. Wednesday 08/23/17 morning was the new scheduled day, but with this day was different, there was a scheduled time that I was given, that time slot made me feel like things were finally going to happen (a guarantee). Sure enough the guys showed up to the storage facility on time and got all my things moved.
    The main reason I gave a 0 is because I wasted money and time. It was a very frustrating experience, I chose Perfect Courier because the website looked professional and when I called the customer service team seemed courteous and punctual. But at the end of the day it was lack of communication on all parties and having to follow-up. I used a moving company because my schedule is busy with work, school, and family. I wouldn’t proactively speak bad about a company and go out of my way to bash it, but if someone asked me if I’d recommend a moving company I’d advise not to go with Perfect Courier…
