    Customer ID 3066 4947 7717 I recently ordered some Beatles Salt and Pepper shakers. I was notified they were mailed and paid the bill on line. I do not have the order number. I have not received them yet.

    I’m having similar problems with an older that placed and paid in full at the time of ordering items in October 2020. As of yet I’ve not received any tracking number, nor have I received any notifications as to when these items will be received, yet they took the money from my credit card already. Their website is misbehaving also and I have no clue how to find out any information

    The 1 star is being extremely generous because there was no option for 0 star, which is what this really is. We shipped our son’s working computer to him to Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada on November 23, 2022 & purchased $500 insurance because of the item being shipped. When he received it in early Dec. it wasn’t working. He took it to back to the UPS store there for inspection, which in turn was shipped back to this store for further inspection. We were initially informed that the insurance claim was denied due to improper packing (which was false), we provided the information requested & continued constant contact between the store & the damage/claims dept. On Jan. 5, 2023, we were informed that the claim was approved & to email receipts for the computer & payment would be received on 10-12 business days. We emailed the requested receipts to this UPS store immediately thinking this was finially being resolved. After the receipts were received, suspiciously on Jan 20, 2023 the store stated that they received an email stating that the claim was denied. When we asked questions about how was it denied, approved, & ironically denied after receipts were received, the male Indian staff became rude, unprofessional, & loud stating to contact the damage/claims department & that they only ship items. When contacting the damage dept. we were instructed to contact the store. Claims states that they only discuss details with the store. Why instruct someone to contact another department if you know they cannot provide you with any information about the package? So back to the store we go, only to be insulted yet again by an older Indian male staff.
    Since they are denying the claim, we need our personal property back, if nothing but to get the hard drive out. We were initially informed by the older male that they sent the computer back the damage department. We are now finding out that they actually refused to accept the package on December 15, 2022 & sent it back to the sender. This is confusing to us, since we are the senders & don’t have the computer. It appears that it was received in Kansas City on December 19, 2022 & received by Courtney. Today we were fed so many lies by the older male staff regarding this ordeal. He initially informed my son over the phone today that the package was lost. We then went to the store to file a loss claim, since this is what was reported by the UPS store itself. We were then told by the same older male staff that he didn’t know where the package was. We requested that they start the loss claim, since UPS has it set up that the sending store HAS to file the claim. We were then told that he couldn’t file a claim until UPS declares it lost. Wait one minute, didn’t you tell me that it was lost & you didn’t know where it was? The response to that was he requested that the package be shipped back to the store 2 days ago. But sir, you were just saying you didnt know where it was. This is pure incompetence at every level.
    I’m not sure of what’s going on at this UPS store & UPS’s damage/claims department, but someone is not being truthful. Not only are they are not able to deliver what they are selling, they are keeping personal property without permission, & allegedly/possibly committing insurance fraud in the midst of all of this deceit. We paid for a service & purchased additional insurance just in case. Not only did they damage & now lost the item we paid to have shipped, they also don’t want to pay the insurance claim. Mightily unpatriotic of you UPS.
