    Re:- Maureen Wilson. I have electric Gates here so I do need to given a phone call
    on the 22nd of June 2.43 pm, a small parcel was sent from consumables IT Services Ltd Wellington, it got here in Christchurch on the 23rd of June 7.45am delivered to the wrong address on the 24th of June at 1.19 pm and now it is the 25th of June still not parcel and I was told that I would receive this parcel this morning it now 11.34 am and still, the parcel is not here, your service I could not recommend to anyone due to such very poor service

    I recently moved to the area and started dropping off my return packages to this location about month ago. There is always parking out front, usually never a line, service is quick and the staff are always friendly.
    I went yesterday to drop off some more returns and get a quote for a holiday gift I wanted to send to Atlanta. The lovely lady behind the desk was beyond helpful with trying to get me the best price while making sure it will arrive by Christmas. You can tell she really cares and that the whole team are doing their best to provide great customer service during these crazy unpredicted times.
    Beyond impressed with this UPS (and i’ve been to a lot) and will only be taking my packages here from now on.

    Dont care about customers. Cant scan their own QR codes telling me to go get a shipping label. Manager just said we dont to it and turned away. So a FedEx facility cannot process FedEx QR codes? And i have to waste time and drive looking for a random facility that does?
    Telling people that you need to pay when they dont. Management at this site needs to be sent for additional training or changed. Giving FedEx a bad rep.
