    I normally don’t write reviews but this location is horrible. My package should’ve been delivered on 12/12 and where we are 12/20 and guess what?!!! No package!! My package arrived in Austell, sat until 12/17 then shipped to Kennesaw (which makes absolutely no sense) just to be transferred back to Austell!! And on top of it, I can not be transferred to a supervisor!! They keep telling me that they have escalated my request and a agent will call, guess what? No call. Nothing!! If they are unable to handle the volume, they should let consumers and retailers know. We then have an opportunity to chose a different service provider!!!

    Awful customer service. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone there, as nobody seems to care that the phone is ringing. Would not recommend.

    Moved units in the same complex. My movers came prepared and were polite and professional. They worked hard and got all of my belongings moved quicker than expected. No complaints and would definitely call National Moving Group for my next move.

    The chubby lady employee behind the counter is always so rude. I come to this location due to it being close to home and every time I go there, she’s rude to everyone. Rolling her eyes and if we have questions, she makes it seems like we are stupid. Poor customer service.
