    Easy checkin 8am I checked in with 10am appt time and they put me in a door right away and as soon as my temp is at -0 they will load me. Plenty of room to back in door and I overnighted on street outside gate. I don’t mind picking up at this place.

    Consider yourself warned, this is one of the worst post offices in Los Angeles. Tracking said my package was at this location. Myself and 3 other customers were locked out during business hours and denied access while an older male mumbled inexplicably and wandered off after taping an orange paper to the locked door. If you ever get a package delivered here, have it redirected to a different facility. The worker will pretend to look for your package and then give you a number to call that never answers. This happens regularly at this location and I am shocked that these lockouts are still happening. Instead of leaving low stars online, file a complaint directly with the Inspector General at uspsoig dot gov/file-online-complaint if you want this disrespectful behavior to stop. Complaining on social media does nothing to help our community get better service. This male needs to retire, it is abundantly clear he has no desire to be of assistance to the good people of Playa del Rey.

    Been waiting for a lock change for 3months, and they can’t give me a status update. I’ve had to fill paperwork 3 times because they keep losing it! Take pictures of all the things they make you sign and remember to annotate day and worker helping you
