    Although the staff are friendly and helpful the door sign and this page says that they close at 1pm being I’m here at 1245 I find it disconcerting many of our jobs we aren’t allowed to leave 15 minutes early. Otherwise we get docked a hour I somehow don’t see this happening with the postal Union. If they kept their word would have gotten 5 stars

    BLAH! I’ve experienced stuff like many other posters here. Just today i tracked my package to see that it was Ready for pick up at the office — even though it said it was out to deliver by 12noon. Seeing that the office closes at 1pm today, i went to there instead and was able to pick up my package. but 30 minutes later, when the mailman was delivering my mail, I found the little pink slip that says We tried to deliver nestled in between the rest of my mail.
    so the mailman intended on dropping this slip into the mailbox just like any ole piece of mail. That is not an attempt to deliver. That is an attempt to be lazy – and sadly at the cost of your customers.

    Paid over $200 to receive packages at my door with no signature required, no one came at my door to attempt, but received a pick up only attempted tag inside my mailbox! I will never ship with post office again.
