    Went here to sbip priority. Waited in line seeing only paid labels. I asked for a label and stated I was shipping priority. She said I had to purchase a label or write on the box. I attempted to put it on the box but not in an approved spot. She since there was tape I had to buy a label above and beyond my priority shipping cost.
    Went to Montville and got a shipping label to fill out for free. No charge. She took the free label i filled out and entered the information on it into the computer then printed out the actual shipping label. I dont understand why one woman woukd demand I pay above and beyond when I am about to pay $70 for priority shipping anyway. Bad service on that postsl workers part.

    Never use this service unless you don’t care about your package.
    We waited more than 6 months for our children’s things to arrive missing items.
    Just pay more and ship via DHL or whatever. If you ship your package with thieves you will regret it.
    Most of these 5 star reviews are paid for.
    Edit:
    Just to provide more context because they responded with nonsense. We were provided with two different tracking codes and then MONTHS later we suddenly were told our items NEVER SHIPPED even though we paid EXTRA for the faster shipping. When our items finally arrived, ENTIRE CARTONS were missing.
    And of course my name does not pull up anything, my wife shipped this. I don’t need to contact them because WE’VE BEEN TALKING TO THEM FOR LITERAL MONTHS!
    No refunds, they didn’t honor their insurance, they didn’t tell us to pick our cartons up when they didn’t ship them, this list goes on and on.
    They took our money, our children’s toys, and lied to our faces for months. Use this service at your own peril.
    I’m honestly thinking of taking them to court to at least get our money back.

    So I’ve been to alot of other shipping places and this one was a great experience with the customer service and how the assistant manager went out if his way to assist me in my safe & for sure journey, for my extra large package I was sending.

    Our contractor serving this area Tam Express is average. You never see the same ground guy twice around here. They generally leave stuff at the very front door and are outta there like a bat outta hell. But nevertheless they are ok.
