   I ordered Luton beds LU4 8LF. I am expecting an parcel since 7.30am and it hasn’t been delivered.

   Less than useless, their tracking service said they tried to delivery on two days and left a calling card. I was home for the entirety of those days and they didn’t try to deliver and never left a calling card.
   Customer support is non existent and couldn’t make any contact. Never received the package.

   Everything went well & I have all of my shipments now. Sanjesh was great help! He represented Easy freight really well & helped me whenever I needed it. He made the process very easy & go very smoothly. Thank you easy freight for making my first time importing “do-able”. I will be back for sure.

   Gentleman who runs this branch is very rude. Refusing to take pre-paid for packages – saying I must fill out a Bulk Certificate of Posting which would take hours for me. I’m a small business and all he has to do is scan the pre-paid packages and put them in the right place to go to the sorting office – I’m not sure he can legally refuse them. Looking into it.

   Very bad service… irresponsible people…I registered the complain in night at 10 p.m of no electricity due to wire disconnection from the pole it’s been more than 12 hrs …no response..!!
   Government should take action against this kind of behaviour..!!

   Lost my delivery and a week later still asking silly questions like who sent me item . Very slow and painful to deal with
   Now hard trying to get refund from company I purchased product . Couriers please still investigating so they not refunding
   All these bad reviews would make any decent company makes some changes
