    Horrible service, lying driver. Wife was looking thru window waiting for driver to open door to accept delivery. Driver never got out of truck to knock on door, no door tag either. driver put exception on delivery and kept going.

    We had so many options for our move a few weeks ago and we’re so glad that we chose Perry. It is a tad more expensive than a few others, but it was totally worth it. Our 4-person crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. We did not have any lost or damaged items or areas in either our old or our new house. We’d absolutely use them again and, therefore, would absolutely recommend them to others!

    I would not recommend this company for moving. I tried to support locally and had two companies provide an estimate for the move. I went with Boulder Valley Transfer because of the reviews that were written. I’m glad everyone else had such a good experience. Unfortunately I did not. The estimator was great, Mario was on time and very friendly. However what he estimated is not what the company scheduler provided. He quoted one packer coming the day before to do packing and allowed for 5-6 men. I was also to receive an email confirming once I accepted their quote and also to confirm the day before. I received no email confirmation that I had selected them. I received no email about a packer coming the day before – so when I called to inquire I was told no – no packer had been scheduled. Then I asked about them coming on the move day, and yes they would be there and I was given a time. The 3 gentlemen did arrive on time, however when I walked them through and showed them everything they were to move, they were a bit put out because it was way too much for 3 men. Then I heard them say once again the scheduler had shorted them. The day before the same thing had happened to them and they put in a 13 hr day. One gentleman had a bit of an attitude because they were going to be overworked AGAIN and it was one of those days it was 100+. They worked their hearts out and put in a 14hr day. However, the only thing that was set up for me was the beds. Nothing else was put together for me and I was left with one big unorganized MESS. I don’t blame them I blame the management of the company. Then due to them being overworked they ruined one complete patio set – ruined the base arm of one of my large Umbrella and broke the base of my glass patio table that seats 6. They also ruined one of my mattresses and box springs set. Thank goodness it was a guest bedroom, but I will have to replace it. At the time of a relocation, extra expenses are not appreciated. I never received a follow-up from the company to see if there were any issues with the move or how it went. I really was expecting very high customer service from all the reviews I read and this company received a 5 star review. I really wished I would have gone either with the other local company or truly gone with a professional moving company that understands how clients furniture should be handled. I only had these movers move the large items – I did all the packing and moving of the boxes.
