   They were supposed to deliver a package on Sunday, but instead of actually trying to deliver they marked it as they couldn’t access the location. There’s absolutely no reason for this. We get our mail in the box just fine. We get packages at our door from every other delivery service. The drivers lie and say this to make it someone else’s problem when they don’t want to deliver. I’m sure their shift was ending and they were running late. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

   Worst customer service experience ever. There’s a half a dozen employees in the back and not one of them will help find a Mother’s Day package on a Saturday that was confirmed delivered to that location. Everyone is standing around back there, getting paid, unwilling to help someone who simply wants their package for a gift. I’ve heard stories about the employees at this location, but refuse to believe them to be true. This only confirms.

   The movers and coordinating office staff of Mover Dudes out of Winchester, Virginia were supportive in planning my move and commiserated with me in the difficulties of moving an entire household that had existed for close to sixty years, which means a lot of stuff to move. They worked with me giving me a little extra time until things were set to go. The movers themselves showed up in a timely fashion and overcame obstacles of working on a busy road that saved me both time and money. They were friendly and worked efficiently and completed the loading in quick fashion. Then when I explained to them that their delivery time the next day would mean traveling in darkness on unfamiliar roads, they kindly moved back that time by four hours which made for safer travel. All in all, moving was a difficult experience that was made easier by these people at Mover Dudes, who were just really decent human beings. I would certainly recommend them from my experience.

   I was interviewing a d I love everything they have to offer Nd the view the Manger had of how he wanted things to run! I definitely could sign on to his view. So waiting to hear if I will become a part of there family!

   I consider myself lucky if mail is delivered every other day, but even when it is delivered, the letter carrier doesn’t bother to pick up any outgoing mail.
